Facial Treatments & Lash Sets

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for all facial treatments and lash sets. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service.

All Other Studio Services

For all other services, please give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 

• If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

• NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Blink values your appointments. As a courtesy, confirmation texts/e-mails are sent five business days before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember the scheduled appointment dates and times. 

Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session. We will try our best to accommodate your remaining appointment time. 

Services

Blink stands firmly behind all its salon services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored for one week from the service date. 

Retail

Retail items may be exchanged if unused, in original packaging, and presented within 14 days. All returns or exchanges will be issued as product credit only. All makeup sales are final.

Gift Cards

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be presented for redemption. Balance cannot be used towards gratuity. Gift card balances can be checked at any time during business hours with the card number. 

Child Safety

Although we love children, please refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon and spa for the safety, comfort, and relaxation of our guests.
